New Offices To Let in Granger Bay Green Point
Lease half a floor, 921 m² of office space in The Granger, a new P-grade office building in Green Point, out of approximately 14,000 m². It is being built on the corner of Granger Bay Boulevard and Fritz Sonnenberg Road, beside the DHL Stadium and less than a kilometer from the V&A Waterfront.
The unit can be let as a grey box, as a white box, or fully fitted to the developer's three design options, Connect 70/30: mostly open plan, with informal
